Motivational Lecture by Dr. Vijay Agarwal

A motivational talk, In collaboration with Think Positive Trust and Punchratna club was
organized on 05’Feb,2011 as yet another landmark for our institution. Dr. Vijay Agarwal, Rtd. IAS
officer and PS to Former president Shri Shankar Dayal Sharma was our distinguished speaker.He
was welcomed by the pioneers of the think positive trust Dr. Sanjay Biyani and Mr. Rajeev
Biyani .The most innovative director Dr. Sanjay biyani introduced “Think Positive Trust” and
make all of us aware about the activities of this trust.
It was Ms. Anita Gupta Social Worker/Industrialist who Introduced the speaker Dr. Vijay
Agarwal that he started his carrier as a professor in Government College then was selected
as IAS officer & worked as PS to Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharmafor 30 years. After that taking his
retirement from the government service he started writing articles & books to serve the
society. He authored nearly 85 books & still writing in different news papers like NavBharat
Times, Dainik Hindustan, Rajasthan Patrika & Danik Bhaskar. “Manthan ke moti”,” Sada Safal
Hanuman”,” How can we live our life in a better way” are his recent enlightening volumes
Among which “Kunwaron ke naam khule khat” which is based on dowry system is his latest
menuscript.
While presiding over the lecture Dr. Agarwal asserted that a positive thinker can see things that
are imperceptible feels the intangible and achieves the impossible. He explicitly clarified how
one can convert positive thinking into actions because any of the thinking either it is positive or
negative if it is not converted into actions, The most important, according to Dr. Agarwal was
the right approach and right thinking which should always be stressed upon because this is the
only way out when a person becomes confident and feels confidence while facing the challenges
of the He quoted the examples of Lord Krishna & Rama that they had the most of challenging
lives as their destiny yet never felt distressed in their life.

Last but not the least it was he who opinioned that always let out your emotions and be
expressive. He said life is nothing but all about experiences gained by a human being. Therefore every
moment of our life should be considered as the best moment of life. He has given some remedies for
conquering the phobias & fears as –

1. Know the essence of at thing & behave as per that essence
2. Release the negative forces within yourself, never be fearful for the things that you are scored

right happen.
3. Be the Master of your life and because you are the master of your thoughts.
4. Be Positive
5. Don’t forget your rituals.

At the end, In the query session a number of students and club members raised some questions
regarding the better ways of managing lives which he answered accordingly.

Queues

Queues occur naturally in situations where the rate at which clients’ demand for services
can exceed the rate at which these services can be supplied. For example, in a network
where many computers share only a few printers, the print jobs may accumulate in a
print queue. In an operating system with a GUI, applications and windows communicate
using messages, which are placed in message queues until they can be handled.

Error Types

As we know in computer communication that’s that’s real from one source to a destination. But if these transmitted bits are changed during the transmission and received before differed at the destination the data must be corrupted or have wrong interpretation the difference between the bits transmitted is called errors.
There are basic two types of errors.
Single Bit Error
Burst Error
